## Suporte técnico

O suporte técnico do Fomenti é feito através de chat na plataforma que fica online nos seguintes dias e horários:

**Segunda a sexta**: das **09:00h - 12:00h**, e das **14:00h - 17:00h**, exceto feriados.

Você também pode abrir chamados de dúvidas, sugestões e reportar problemas através da plataforma acessando o menu superior **Ajuda (?) > Chamados de Suporte**.
